Klaipeda Shipping Research Center

Klaipeda Shipping Research Centre (KSRC) is non profit public entity work mainly in Maritime Sector. Main tasks of the KSRC:

• - Maritime policy
• - Shipping research, organization and management
• - Typical and Small ports development and optimization
• - Shipping safety and security
• - Logistics
• - Transport corridors research and optimization
• - Motorway of the sea research and organization
• - LNG transportation and using research

KSRC created in 2007, team work in Maritime Sector since 1990 with National and International Maritime Research Programs and Projects, such us EU programs FP 7, BSR and SBSR projects, national projects. Every year together with other Lithuania Institutions organize International Conferences, make presentations on International and National Maritime Conferences (in average 6 – 8 presentations per Year).
